As a Business Broker I have been getting asked this question quite a bit lately from small business owners in Arizona and beyond. Particularly in the last few months due to the constant negative news about the housing market and the serious financial crisis that has been unfolding on Wall St.
The short answer is that it’s a mixed blessing to be offering your business for sale right now, but in my opinion the positive factors still greatly out weight the negatives.
